2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4 PM – 12:30 AM and Sundays 3:30 PM – 12 AM

Hourly Rate: $17.50

• The Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.
• Open all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.
• Separate returns into “core”, “defect” and “new.”
• Put account number stickers on cores and defects.
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores.
• Enter each returned item into the computer system.
• Help inside returns team create negative purchase orders.
• Work with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning items.
• Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach; may be required to sit and climb (ladders and stairs) or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions and protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Able to work well with other staff members and supervisors; must have open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
