About the Role
Join a dynamic distribution center team as a Material Handler 3, where your warehouse experience and attention to detail will drive efficient operations. You'll play a key role ensuring the safe and accurate movement, packaging, and shipment of materials using modern warehouse systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your logistics skills in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Responsibilities

- Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, Dock Stocker)
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Utilize ERP and WMS to locate, store, and track inventory; execute shipment documentation
- Build and re-palletize orders, scan barcodes, and operate shrink wrapping machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Assist with inbound/outbound shipments, inventory replenishment, and accuracy verification
- Report safety incidents, equipment damage, and suspicious activity promptly
- Participate in cross-training and support other warehouse functions as needed

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years warehouse or distribution center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient operating material handling equipment (MHE)
- Strong order picking, pulling, and production order/Bill of Materials experience
- Comfortable with RF devices, ERP/WMS systems, and metrics-driven environments
- Ability to read, interpret, and process distribution documents
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and working near machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to a safe work environment

Preferred Skills

- SAP experience
- Hazmat training
- Experience preparing international shipment documentation
