Join our fast-paced distribution center as a Material Handler 3, where you'll play a crucial part in warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for safely loading, unloading, picking, and shipping materials with precision and efficiency. [Responsibilities]
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders using RF/barcode scanning technology
- Safely load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, following WMS and ERP procedures
- Build, re-palletize, and wrap palletized shipments for domestic and international orders
- Verify order accuracy and maintain clear shipment documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers) while following all safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace per SOP guidelines
- Ensure documentation accuracy by following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions as required
- Participate in Hazmat and C2C training modules to maintain compliance
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 5 years' warehouse or distribution experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven expertise with picking, pulling, order processing, and Bill of Materials
- Proficient in ERP/WMS, RF, and Voice scanner technology
- Experienced with material handling equipment (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, Dock Stocker)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
- Ability to read/interpret distribution documents and follow SOPs
- Capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and working near mechanical equipment
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision

- SAP user proficiency
- Hazmat handling and documentation knowledge
- Experience in metrics-driven environments
