• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products per established production rates and standard operating procedures.
• Work in various departments (pick, pack, receiving, shipping, put‑away) as business needs dictate.
• Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules; report safety violations and potential hazards.
• Comply with all company Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including any designated shift and overtime.
• Respond proactively to direction from leadership, shift coordinators, management staff, and other department personnel.
• Deliver high‑quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu‑driven application experience.
• Ability to learn and navigate warehouse layout.
• Proficiency in operating RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish inventory.
• Capability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
• Cross‑training in receipt, pick, pack, put‑away, and shipping processes.
• Understanding of other business functions relevant to the role.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Moderate temperature and humidity variations in office and warehouse environments.

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The starting base pay is $18.50 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
