Job Summary Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical products. We are in need of a Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring on‑time shipment and receiving functions for all customer orders and coordinating department workflow.
Responsibilities- Lead warehouse employees through their shift, ensuring the team is set up for safe, productive work and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
- Anticipate and coordinate scheduling to ensure effective and accurate workflow; support monitoring of deliveries, cleaning schedules, and maintenance priorities.
- Train and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline values.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership regarding daily operations.
- Assist with moving products within the facility to meet customer needs with accuracy and efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate order receipt and shipment.
- Contribute to projects and ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment and effectively communicate goals and processes to team members and customers.
- High sense of urgency and strong customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in SAP, Catalyst, arithmetic, and English communication.
- Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily; lift up to 50 lbs; stand for 8 hours per day up to 6 days per week.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Salary and Benefits $25.00 – $36.25 hourly, with variation based on location, experience, and skills. Salary will not be below minimum wage. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, and other benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week. For part‑time employees, benefits include 401(k), paid time off, and access to EAP, Resource Groups, and Service Corp.
