Job Summary
Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials that are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff while reviewing operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection. Ensure overtime remains within the allotted budget.
Responsibilities- Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting per established procedures.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and account for all materials and supplies.
- Audit goods received into the warehouse.
- Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and core values.
- Complete routine paperwork on time and accurately.
- Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees, assign tasks, monitor progress, and review work accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance on complex issues.
- Contribute to hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Basic skill level required.
Anticipated salary range: $67,000.00 – $ annually. Salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Position eligible for bonus and/or incentive. Benefits include health, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) contributions; paid time off for employees working 30 or more hours per week. Part‑time employees receive 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
