Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, shipping, and reporting of materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Administer daily operations including processing, packaging, storage of supplies, materials, and equipment, while maintaining overtime within the allotted budget.
• Account for all materials and supplies in the storage facilities and audit goods received into the warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Lead day‑to‑day activities of employees, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance.
• Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience, with basic skill level.

$67,000.00 - $ Annual (actual salary varies by location, education, experience, skills, and abilities; role is bonus and/or incentive eligible).
