Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Required Level of
Education:
High School diploma. Health Screen required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (MVR required).
Qualifications:
1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience. Knowledge of FIFO inventory management. Experience with shipping, receiving, stocking, and material handling. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Most materials weigh approximately 25–30 pounds. Carts and dollies are available to assist with heavier items.
Approximately 50% of the work is performed on the loading dock.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments. Load outgoing deliveries and prepare materials for transport. Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory. Process daily supply requests accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory practices. Perform inventory tracking and documentation using Microsoft Office. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Support warehouse operations at two nearby work locations as needed.
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse operations in a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling supply requests, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent internal customer service.
Expected Shift: 7am-3:30pm M-F. Physical exam required – 50 lbs. will have carts, dollies to assist with lifting. 50% of position will be on the loading dock. The heaviest weight the person will pull is 50 lbs which is not that often. The average weight will be around 25-30lbs. Parking Situation: employee parking lot, free parking. Dress Code: provided scrubs by Client.
