Overview We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support a large-scale inventory transition project. This role involves moving and organizing materials as part of a warehouse consolidation effort. You will work closely with a third-party team to relocate inventory, assist with organization, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with forklift experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Assist with relocating inventory between warehouse locations and rack systems
- Remove materials from existing storage and place them in new designated locations
- Operate sit-down forklift equipment to move inventory safely
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure accuracy
- Read and follow work orders to complete material movement tasks
- Support housekeeping and organization throughout the facility
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including pulling and staging materials
- Receive, verify, and stock materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Background in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
- Experience supporting warehouse transitions or inventory projects
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
