Warehouse Specialist
At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a talented Warehouse Specialist (WS) who will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving, checking inventory, storing assets, samples, promotional material, point‑of‑sale material, and office supplies. The WS will “pick” or select orders, package and label shipments, and track them via freight or Fed Ex. All actions and orders will be recorded in the appropriate system to maintain accurate inventory levels.
The WS will proactively suggest re‑orders of supplies once thresholds are set by Client or Operations teams, and will support Warehouse Supervisors and cover duties during absences or as needed.

- Perform duties related to requisition, reception, storage, and disbursement of materials and supplies.
- Operate a forklift and other equipment to unload trucks and move materials.
- Verify all delivery receipts, reconcile shipping invoices, and organize or distribute incoming deliveries.
- Maintain records of destination, weight, and charges for all incoming and outgoing freight.
- Inspect and maintain returned items, reporting damage or restoration needs to ensure they are event‑ready.
- Support warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage layout through regular rotation of products.
- High School Diploma or GED required; logistics‑related courses or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
- 1–3 years of general maintenance experience or applicable work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience using computer inventory control systems.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, able to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
- Ability to perform job safely by using safety techniques and practices.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Logistics‑related courses.
- 1–3 years of shipping/receiving.
- 1–3 years of general maintenance experience.
- 1–3 years of experience with computer inventory control systems.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team and with management.
