Seasonal Trainer

Seasonal Trainer - North East At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Seasonal Trainer to work with Color Image Apparel NE in North East. This role supports fulfillment center training, associate onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day operational activities. You will provide hands‑on training and coaching to help associates develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to perform their job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: 6am - 4:30pm front half and back half
• 2nd Shift: 5pm - 1:30am Monday - Friday

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain processes and job tasks clearly and effectively
• Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback in a professional manner

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Patience and the ability to work effectively with individuals who have different learning styles and experience levels

• Deliver comprehensive, hands‑on training to assigned associates in accordance with established standards
• Observe associates as they perform job functions and provide real‑time coaching and feedback
• Conduct and document daily observations for associates participating in training
• Support employee engagement and help foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment
• Perform operational work and provide hands‑on support in other areas of the fulfillment center as directed
