This is not a HR grade or sales‑oriented position. It is a mandate‑level appointment designed for capital positioning, legacy alignment, and long‑horizon relationship origination at the highest levels of global wealth.

The Global Wealth Strategist is an authority‑driven, senior‑facing role responsible for originating, structuring, and converting ultra‑high‑net‑worth relationships into long‑horizon capital alignment across the Canadian Adventure Charters ecosystem.

The Global Wealth Strategist does not sell products. They position capital, identity, access, and legacy.

The Strategist represents CAC in private rooms, family offices, elite broker desks, and institutional introductions, guiding principals into strategic participation through:

• Ultra‑bespoke expedition charters (150 K – 3 M+)
• Deep‑Sea Discovery VIP Executive Membership (1 M USD)

• UHNW & Legacy Capital Engagement
  • Originate and steward direct relationships with UHNW individuals and principals, legacy families and multigenerational family offices, Gen‑Z founders, Millennial wealth builders, and Gen‑X executives, strategic intermediaries, sovereign adjacent advisors, and elite brokers.
  • Conduct high‑trust, high‑authority conversations centered on identity alignment, access positioning, long‑horizon capital strategy, legacy, succession, and reputational stewardship.
• Strategic Positioning & Capital Conversion
  • Deploy CAC’s Master Integrated Opener & Closer Framework in live calls, private meetings, boardroom and executive settings.
  • Convert qualified principals into VIP Executive Memberships, strategic investment tiers, and ultra‑bespoke expedition charter engagements.
• Guide controlled commitment decisions without pressure, hype, or mass‑market tactics.
• Capital Architecture & Investment Pathways
  • Present CAC’s 2 B USD Strategic Investment Architecture, including Tier I–III equity and strategic partner pathways, Tier IV hybrid VIP Membership positioning, and Tier V experiential charter entry points.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and executive leadership to ensure jurisdictional appropriateness, institutional grade credibility, and clear separation between experience, access, and investment instruments.
• Legacy, Succession & Multigenerational Strategy
  • Advise UHNW principals and families on multigenerational access to CAC platforms, succession inclusion through VIP Membership structures, and legacy alignment via exploration, science, and Arctic development.
  • Position CAC as a decades‑long legacy asset, not a short‑term engagement.
• Internal Strategic Alignment
  • Work directly with executive leadership, capital markets advisors, scientific, expedition, and infrastructure leadership.
  • Provide real‑time market intelligence on investor sentiment, access sensitivity, and capital deployment psychology.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality, discretion, and reputational discipline.
