Area Manager, Management Operations Management

We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee 8 locations across Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. In this role, you will lead and empower store teams to maximize results, ensuring we remain Canada’s top destination for gaming, toys, and collectibles.

Success in this role requires you to have experience with the following:

• Develops relationships through routine 1:1 meetings to create trusting bonds.

• Ability to conduct physical inventories.

Current driver’s license and auto insurance coverage is required;
Must be able to travel up to 90% of the time. Financial ability to support expense based travel.
