Summary

The Family Navigator Team Lead position is full‑time and works out of our Marysville CA office. The basic purpose is to provide consistent and effective leadership to Differential Response team members, emphasizing meaningful engagement with families to help them identify behaviors that may place their children at risk and to support positive behavioral change through appropriate services and assistance. Services are guided by comprehensive assessments of safety, risk, and protective capacities, leading to the identification of each child’s and family’s strengths and needs.

Core responsibilities include conducting home visits, facilitating family‑centered activities, delivering case management services, participating in triage meetings, and collaborating with community partners to ensure coordinated support. In addition to providing oversight and guidance to the team, the Team Lead also maintains an active caseload.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (e.g., behavioral sciences, social work, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position.
• Associate of Arts degree in an applicable field (e.g., behavioral sciences, social work, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position.
• Experience interacting with families, community-based organizations, and county agencies.
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License with a clear driving record for the past three (3) years.

Compensation

The base pay for Family Navigator Team Lead is $26.50 to $27.50 an hour; additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
