Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Experience providing nursing care across all age groups

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during the designated shift.
• Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process in alignment with the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery.
• Incorporate teaching and discharge planning needs into the overall plan of care.
• Delegate certain aspects of patient care based on the clinical competence of nursing staff.
