Overview

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Marysville, California. Travel assignment starting 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks in an acute care hospital ER. Weekly pay range: $1,756–$1,858 per week. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients across age ranges in the ER, including triage, assessment, planning and delivery of care.
  • Apply the nursing process to develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other members of the health care team.
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications as appropriate, perform routine treatments, and respond to changes in condition, including trauma and emergency scenarios.
  • Coordinate care with the care team, document accurately, and contribute to discharge planning and patient and family education.
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to CNAs and other support staff according to clinical competence and scope of practice.
  • Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to policies and procedures in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in California
  • Education:

    graduate of an approved RN program
  • ER/trauma experience or exposure preferred; ability to work effectively in a high-acuity emergency department
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a fast‑paced ER setting
