• Provide nursing care for a group of patients during a designated shift, following the nursing process and medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the health care team to coordinate delivery of patient care.
• Develop and implement the plan of care, incorporating input from patients and significant others; include teaching and discharge planning as part of the overall plan.
• Delegate appropriate elements of patient care to other nursing staff based on current clinical competence and scope of practice.
• Support care across age groups as assigned by unit needs, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the shift.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California.
• Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts.
• Willingness to travel for an 8‑week temporary assignment.
• Experience or exposure to telemetry/tele unit care is preferred.
• Ability to provide care across the lifespan as determined by the assigned unit.
• Travel assignment experience is a plus.
