Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in ER.
Assess patient condition and prioritize care using triage protocols.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses per orders.
Monitor and interpret vital signs to identify deteriorating conditions.
Coordinate with cross-functional team for rapid patient stabilization.
Document clinical information accurately in electronic health records.
Communicate clear updates to physicians, patients, and families.
Support performance targets and quality metrics through accurate reporting.
Demonstrate accountability for personal results within a team-based setting.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
Participate in continuous learning to stay current with ER protocols.
Manage strew of equipment and ensure readiness of ER supplies.
Experience/QualificationsRegistered Nurse with active state license for ER practice.
Minimum 2 years ER or acute care nursing experience.
BLS and ACLS certification with ongoing renewal.
Proficient triage, rapid assessment, and prioritization skills.
Ability to monitor vitals, interpret trends, and respond to deterioration.
Experience with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
Strong communication with physicians, patients, and families; calm under pressure.
Commitment to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining individual accountability.
Willingness to participate in continuous learning and protocol updates.
Demonstrated ability to manage ER equipment and ensure supply readiness.
Contract role with on-site work; reliable attendance and adaptability to shift needs.
