We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Employee Health for a 13-week travel assignment supporting This onsite role is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating employee health services while ensuring compliance with Adventist Health policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational health, infection prevention, workers' compensation, and employee wellness initiatives
, serving as a key resource for staff education and workplace health programs.

Primary (Must-Have):

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification (or ARC equivalent)
• Ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of Employee Health or Occupational Health experience
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) Certification
• Experience with infection prevention and workers' compensation programs

As an Employee Health Registered Nurse
, you will:

• Coordinate and manage employee health services for the assigned market
• Support occupational health and workplace injury management
• Assist with infection prevention initiatives and employee education
• Coordinate workers' compensation processes and follow-up
• Promote employee wellness and health promotion programs
• Ensure compliance with Adventist Health policies and regulatory standards
• Serve as a clinical resource for employee health-related concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and health records
