• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients during each shift in the OR.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and ensure team coordination.
• Support the facility CNO to maintain high-quality, safe nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.
• Participate in unit-level care planning and ensure adherence to perioperative safety standards and documentation practices.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the multidisciplinary OR team to coordinate perioperative care.

• Active RN license
• Operating Room (OR) or perioperative nursing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Availability for 8-hour shifts
• Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and meet assignment requirements
