Security Officer - Patrol Driver Retail PT

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting concerns to store management and/or law enforcement as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floor areas, entrances and exits, stockroom corridors, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter theft and/or other prohibited activity;
Monitor cameras and alarm systems when assigned, observe for suspicious behavior and policy violations, and document observations using required reports and/or activity logs;
Control access to restricted areas, support opening and closing routines, and communicate clearly with supervisors, store leadership, and/or local responders as needed
