Senior Salesforce Developer: LWC, Apex & Integrations

• managing the day-to-day technical aspects of software development projects in

• actively contributing to complex Salesforce issues, requiring expertise in both Apex and front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• designing and building Salesforce solutions that integrate with various Salesforce clouds

• developing Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization, utilizing tools such as Flow Automation, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

• participating in daily scrum meetings, analyze and assign user stories

• working closely with Product Owners to understand acceptance criteria and document technical approaches and designs as needed

• automating business processes using Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts

• building integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On

• managing data updates and migrations using Data Loader and similar tools

• adhering to best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• performing code reviews, writing unit/integration tests, and ensuring 85% test coverage

• effectively debug and resolve defects or issues, particularly in production environments

• mentoring and guiding junior development team members, providing technical expertise and support

• investigating complex issues independently and clearly communicating solutions and findings

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including Service Cloud at minimum and one of the following modules:
  Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, or Knowledge
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On
• Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and familiarity with Dev Ops tools
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Deployment process, including best practices
• Ability to thrive in an Agile, collaborative environment, and manage task assignments within agile frameworks
• Strong preference for candidates who hold Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator, and Certified Advanced Administrator
• A strong preference for candidates with experience in Solution and/or Technical Architecture
