Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a critical access hospital setting Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, prioritizing needs Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately Assist in preparation for procedures and emergencies Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Kansas or multistate Compact license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience in ER and Med/Surg settings Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Preferred: TNCC certification Prior experience at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) About the Assignment:
