Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Assembly Operator – Blue Water Area.

Pay Rate:
Competitive, based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time | Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, & 3rd).

Overtime:
Required, including weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce parts according to standard work instructions and control plans within specified cycle times.
  • Inspect parts using gauges, SPC charting, and quality checks.
  • Perform assembly work while moving materials and dunnage within the work area.
  • Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and routine equipment care.
  • Diagnose simple equipment faults and reset manual, semi‑automatic, or automatic stations.
  • Submit maintenance requests when equipment issues arise.
  • Complete required safety checks and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Perform error‑proofing checks and assembly line teardowns as required.
  • Accurately complete end‑of‑shift documentation (production counts, quality data, scrap tickets).
  • Actively participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
  • Train and support new team members as needed.

  • Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • High attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with clear communication.
  • Willingness and availability to work any shift and required overtime.
  • Comfort with standing, walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a repetitive production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Some college or technical training is a plus.
