Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift | Multiple Openings

Are you a skilled Toolmaker with strong mechanical and technical knowledge? Qualified Staffing is looking for experienced, hands-on professionals who know how to troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and keep production equipment running.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Work with machining & grinding centers, automation, conveyors, and assembly equipment
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, press, robotic, and automated welding systems
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance
• Use lathes, Bridgeport’s, grinders, drill presses, and welding equipment
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, and dial indicators
• Assist with fabrication, fitting, grinding, shimming, and equipment adjustments
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliability
• Help minimize equipment downtime and keep production moving

• Minimum 3 years of Toolmaker experience – REQUIRED
• Must have your own tools
• Must have strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Experience with modern/state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
