Assistant Billing Clerk
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Location:

Marysville, OH

• Process and manage billing tasks assigned by senior billing staff.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers regarding billing inquiries and issues.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to emails related to billing queries.
• Prepare and distribute invoices via mail, email, and electronic methods.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Comfortable using computers and proficient in relevant software applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
