Resource Planning Specialist

Role Overview:

This position involves managing staffing needs through effective planning, data analysis, and strong relationships with department leadership. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing manpower and cost data in SAP, conducting trend and gap analyses, and recommending countermeasures to ensure optimal resource allocation. A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field is required. Candidates should have 0-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of policies and confidentiality, and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is essential.
