The Supply Chain Finance team connects our corporate financial goals with our manufacturing operations. In partnership with the operations team we will seek to translate financial data into actionable insights, improve production efficiency, and drive bottom‑line results through informed, day‑to‑day decision making.
Responsibilities- Report to the Finance Manager
- Partnership with key business leads and operators
- Interact with other finance functions to analyze financial results, develop forecasts, and manage risks and opportunities
- Play a key role in monthly financial close and forecast process
- Contribute to annual Company‑wide budget consolidation and analysis
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting to support the organization’s strategic plan
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Financial and accounting aptitude, to analyze financial information
- The ability to multi‑task and prioritize work to meet deadlines; strong organizational skills
- Operates with a sense of ownership
- Communicates effectively internally and externally
- Feels comfortable with ambiguity
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity
- CPA, MBA or other professional designation
- Experience with SAP R/3 and Hyperion Enterprise
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $67,800.00 - $79,800.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
