Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

Role Overview: Assist members through the full real estate loan process, ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining strong communication with members and third-party partners such as realtors, title companies, and processors.

• Achieve sales goals by following up on pre-approvals, assisting with loan applications, and providing product recommendations.
• Obtain feedback, review supporting documentation, and explain requirements to members.
• Initiate outbound calls, visit branches, participate in seminars, and build relationships with realtors and title companies.
• Manage loan rates and processes to meet timelines while delivering high member service.
• Participate in training and mentor team members on loan procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; meet NMLS requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or relevant training.
• Knowledge of lending regulations, financial statements, credit reports, title reports, and secondary market guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Customer service orientation, regulatory understanding, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
