We are looking for a practice manager to join our team at Memorial Health! In this role, you will:

Work in collaboration with your Service Line Manager and Director of Physician practice

Provide leadership to the practice physicians, APP’s and staff

• Oversee all practice operations
• Develop and implement consistent guidelines/policies for the practice, in conjunction with MMG administration
• Create short and long term goals to facilitate success and growth of the practice/service line.
• Enters tickets for updates to the EMR system based on practice needs. Serve as EMR knowledge resource for practice staff and providers.
• Create and review routine reports to evaluate operations and opportunities.
• Oversee front end billing workflow of physician practice, including management of EMR related work queues to monitor error and edits that require intervention.
• Works with the Director of Physician Practices to develop an office budget and manages the office within that budget.

Requirements
High school diploma. Three to five years experience in a supervisory role or three to five years in a healthcare environment; preferably a physician office setting. Knowledge of billing functions of a medical office is preferred.
