The position requires strong expertise in Agile Release Train (ART) coordination, Kanban and Scrum practices, and hands-on experience using Jira and related agile tools to drive visibility and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) across one or more agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Coach teams on agile and SAFe principles, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum and Kanban best practices.
- Manage team delivery using Jira boards and Kanban boards, ensuring transparency on work progress, dependencies, and impediments.
- Maintain team and ART-level metrics (velocity, predictability, flow efficiency) and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Leads to plan and execute Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
- Facilitate team readiness and alignment to ART objectives, features, and program goals.
- Support synchronization across agile teams and manage inter-team dependencies and deliverables.
- Ensure effective participation of all stakeholders within ART ceremonies.
- Partner with product owners, solution architects, and vendor teams to ensure business and technical alignment.
- Facilitate communication between onshore/offshore teams and multiple supplier organizations.
- Manage risks, blockers, and change requests impacting delivery timelines or outcomes.
- Track progress using Jira dashboards, Confluence documentation, and agile metrics reporting.
- Drive process improvements in sprint cadence, backlog health, and delivery predictability.
- Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation across the supply chain transformation initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, preferably within large-scale, global manufacturing or supply chain programs.
- Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment, supporting or leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Strong exposure to Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid agile delivery models in multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Proven track record of using Jira, Confluence, and agile dashboards for metrics, governance, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, TMS systems etc.) is an advantage.
