• Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair, and quality control
• Perform work on each repair order efficiently and according to dealership, state, and factory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all factory’s technical bulletins
• Provide quality service of customer vehicles in accordance with company procedures

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of producing precise and accurate work
• Reliable, reserved, imaginative, and seeking a high level of technical expertise
• Unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
• Previous Automotive Technician (Mechanic) experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions
