Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper)

We are looking for an Environmental Services (Housekeeper) to join our amazing team!

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Distribute laundered articles and linens; replace and hang draperies; change beds.
• Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dust furniture and equipment; polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, iron resident laundry and community linens; fold and hang laundry appropriately.
• Mop floors, wash walls, and maintain resident laundry areas.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights and keep utility/storage rooms orderly.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies; stock cleaning carts.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas; keep dumpsters clean.
• Complete maintenance work orders for needed repairs; report resident issues or changes in health promptly.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Dust and polish furniture, including picture frames, mirrors, and other items.
• Wash and disinfect all countertops and sink areas per procedures.
• Mop and disinfect bathrooms and floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Refill paper products and soap dispensers; empty trash.
• Clean common areas; complete detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
• Exhibit strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Handle all duties as assigned.
