** The Project Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO)
** plays a critical role in enabling enterprise transformation by driving disciplined execution, transparency, and value realization across strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with leaders, functional teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to expected business outcomes.

This position serves as both a portfolio enabler—supporting enterprise reporting, value tracking, and tool adoption—and a “utility” project manager, flexing across transformation initiatives where project management support is required.
* Own consolidated enterprise TMO status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level insights.
* Prepare clear, concise materials for steering committees and executive reviews, highlighting decision needs and trade-offs.
* Ensure consistent application of project management standards, templates, and cadence across transformation efforts.
* Partner with initiative leads and Finance to support value realization planning, benefit definition, and measurement.
* Track and report progress against expected benefits, identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation actions.
* Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead and support cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
* Act as a “utility PM,” providing hands-on project management support across multiple initiatives as priorities shift.
* Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across assigned initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience.
* Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
* Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Planview (or similar platforms).
* Strong understanding of value realization, benefits tracking, and KPI reporting.
* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred**.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* High comfort with ambiguity, complex dependencies, and fast-paced transformation environments.
* Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
