PRP Quality is hiring for Machine Operators in Marysville, Ohio!

PRP is paying weekly!

Shifts we are hiring for at this location:

2nd shift, 3:30 pm to 12:00am $19.76/ hour, M-F (40 hours a week) NO WEEKENDS!!

Full time, long term- temp to hire position.

Role Description

This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site Machine Operator role located in Marysville, Ohio. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and ensuring the efficient use of tools and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machine performance, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, and supporting production processes to optimize operational success. You will also be responsible for general labor, if needed.

Candidate needs to have some mechanical aptitude and be able to multitask, a strong work ethic and good attendance.

Once hired direct
- Health care benefits, PTO, 401K, ESOP (Employee Ownership Program) and retirement program, and attendance incentives (paid out in PTO). You will qualify for raises while still working with PRP Quality as well, prior to being hired on full time at this location.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery
  • Proficiency in Quality Control practices to ensure standards are met
  • Familiarity with using Hand Tools effectively and safely
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
