**** Position Overview
****** As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.**###
**** Key Responsibilities****
* **** Production Line Operations:
** Work actively on production lines to manufacture and package high-quality fertilizer products.**
* **** Equipment Operation:
** Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, but we will train).**
* **** Safety & Quality Compliance:
** Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.**
* **** Physical Demands:
** Comfortably navigate a physical workspace, which includes being on your feet, climbing multiple flights of stairs, getting on and off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.**
* **** Environmental Adaptability:
** Work comfortably in a variety of indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.**##

****** Production roles generally run between 8 to 12 hours a day. Shift times vary by department, but standard hours are:**

** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM**

** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM**
* **** 3rd

Shift:
** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
****** Note on Schedule & Seasonal Peak:
** Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. Our busiest peak season runs from
