As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This active, fast‑paced role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.

• Work on production lines to manufacture and package high‑quality fertilizer products.
• Operate material‑handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures for daily safety and quality compliance.
• Navigate a physical workspace, remaining on your feet, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work comfortably in hot, cold, and humid manufacturing environments.

• 1st Shift: $21.00 per hour
• 2nd & 3rd

• Overtime (40+ hours): 1.5× regular pay
• Sunday Shift: 2× regular pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. Peak season runs from October through March, during which you should expect to work one to two weekends per month.

• 1+ year of production plant experience and forklift operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and excels in a team‑driven environment.
• Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening before their first day.
