As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This active, fast‑paced role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and want to be part of a supportive team.

• Operate production lines to manufacture and package high‑quality fertilizer products.
• Safely operate material‑handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to meet daily safety and quality standards.

• Work on your feet, climb stairs, get on/off equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work comfortably in various indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.

• 1st Shift: $21.00 / hour

• Overtime (40+ hours): 1.5× regular pay rate
• Sunday Shift: 2× regular pay rate

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:00PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM

During the busiest season (October – March) overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. Expect to work 1–2 weekends per month during peak.

• 1+ year of production plant experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and teamwork oriented.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required before the first day of work.

• Full‑time starting pay:
  Distribution roles $26.05/hr;
  Manufacturing roles $29.40/hr
• Step increases every 6 months, up to $37.55/hr after 3 years
