Seasonal Production Associate - 1st Shift

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This active, fast‑paced role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.

• Production Line Operations:
  Work on production lines to manufacture and package high‑quality fertilizer products.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, training provided).
• Safety & Quality Compliance:
  Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.
• Physical Demands:
  Comfortable working on your feet, climbing stairs, getting on/off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Environmental Adaptability:
  Work comfortably in indoor manufacturing environments – hot, cold, and humid conditions.

• 1st Shift: $21.00/hour (8‑12 hours/day, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• 2nd & 3rd
  
  Shifts:
  
  $22.00/hour
• Overtime (40+ hrs): 1.5x regular pay rate
• Sunday Shift: 2x regular pay rate

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. During our busiest peak season (October through March) you should expect to work one to two weekends per month.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of production plant experience; forklift operation experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Attributes:
  Dependable, safety‑focused, and thrives in a team‑driven environment.

Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to their first day of work.
