Forklift Operators / Material Handlers -- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Location: Marysville, OH
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring dependable Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for immediate full-time positions in Marysville, Ohio. Candidates with warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and/or riding pallet jack in a manufacturing environment.
- Move, stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, packaging supplies, and pallets.
- Support production and packaging operations by maintaining consistent material flow.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending as needed.
- Perform basic equipment checks and promptly report safety or mechanical issues.
- Complete production logs, check sheets, and other required documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 55 pounds periodically throughout the shift.
- 6-12 months of forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation.
