Registered Nurse (Home Health & Hospice) | Marysville, CA
OverviewJoin a compassionate home health and hospice team delivering high-quality, personalized care directly in patients’ homes across the West Coast. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated, patient-centered care that promotes healing, comfort, and independence.
What You’ll Do- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following established care plans
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support assigned nursing staff and care team members
- Complete accurate OASIS documentation and patient records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Active RN license in applicable state(s) required
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license (21+ years of age) required
- Home health or acute care experience preferred
