The Gables of Marysville, a skilled nursing facility serving the Marysville area is looking for a compassionate Resident Satisfaction Coordinator to join their team. The Resident Satisfaction Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and high-quality experience for all residents and their families. This individual serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring smooth transitions into the facility, fostering ongoing communication, and proactively addressing concerns to enhance resident satisfaction and comfort.
The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years' previous experience in Long Term Care. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail throughout their work.
