** About the Role
** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated team at Prestige Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Marysville, Ohio. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Providing basic care and hygiene to residents
* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
** Responsibilities*
* * Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents
* Assess and meet the needs of residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing emotional support
* Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in care planning
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided
