High School
- Perform routine in‑house chemical and physical testing and sample preparations according to official methodologies and established safety protocols.
- Efficiently receive, process, and track analytical sample requests, ensuring seamless workflow within the lab.
- Communicate with Project Managers to clarify testing requirements and coordinate complex analyses with other Analytical Section specialists.
- Monitor, calibrate, and maintain basic analytical equipment to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
- Accurately document all analytical findings and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with the Integrated Management System.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in a Science‑related field (Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, etc.) with 1+ year of related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Technical proficiency: Proven ability to accurately perform analytical procedures and administrative tasks within a structured lab setting.
- Software skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
- Experience working within a Research & Innovation or Food Science laboratory.
- Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems or ISO standards.
- Demonstrated experience with basic analytical equipment troubleshooting.
