Data Center Security Manager (DSM) – Infrastructure Operations.

• Manage physical security operations, including development of post orders, defining security procedures, and handling site incidents.
• Work with security equipment and coordinate construction projects to improve site security.
• Drive day‑to‑day process improvement activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures.
• Participate in recurring site audits, reviews, and testing new security technologies.

Begin the shift with a comprehensive review of security incidents or operational issues. Conduct thorough security system checks, test access control systems, verify camera operations, and review alarm panel statuses. Participate in operations meetings with the DC Operations team to align on maintenance activities, review vendor access requests, and address emerging security concerns.

Provide facility walkthroughs, inspect perimeter security, check equipment condition, and document vulnerabilities. Manage security‑related tickets, process badge access requests, coordinate vendor escorts, and handle system maintenance requests. Oversee vendor management activities, verify SLA compliance, and conduct random post inspections. Participate in team meetings to review metrics, discuss process improvement, and coordinate upcoming projects. Update security procedures, complete required reports, review camera footage, and document incidents.

Respond to incidents or alarms, maintain vigilant security posture, and communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

• Minimum 2 years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors or contractors.
• At least 6 months of experience in security roles, preferably in a data center or similar environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of law enforcement or security‑related experience.
