Commercial HVAC Installer - Marysville, OH

For over four decades, Inloes Mechanical Inc. has kept commercial buildings across the Hamilton, Dayton, and Cincinnati areas comfortable and running smoothly. Since opening our doors in 1979, we've built a reputation for dependable installation, repair, and maintenance work, and our construction and remodel division keeps expanding.

Right now, our Marysville team needs a hands‑on installer who knows sheet metal fabrication inside and out and isn't afraid to take charge of a crew on a new build.

Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Most crews run four ten‑hour days, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A standard Monday through Friday week is also available for those who prefer it. Overtime when needed.

A Day in This Role

You’ll spend your time putting in commercial heating and cooling equipment from the ground up on new construction sites, running ductwork, connecting gas lines, handling refrigerant piping, and directing the rest of the crew so jobs finish on schedule and pass inspections. You’ll also read blueprints and electrical schematics, braze and solder connections, and fabricate components on‑site as needed.

What You Need to Bring
  • At least 1 year working in commercial or residential HVAC installation
  • Hands‑on background in sheet metal fabrication and commercial new‑build projects
  • Comfort reading technical drawings and wiring schematics without guesswork
  • Solid installation skills for both gas lines and refrigerant lines
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds
  • An EPA Universal certification
  • A clean, insurable driving record and valid license
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Completion of an HVAC trade program
  • Background in low‑voltage systems
  • Familiarity with current HVAC codes and jobsite safety standards
Why Work Here

We back our installers with:

  • Medical coverage where the company picks up 70-90% of the premium
  • A retirement plan that includes a company match of up to 3%
  • Life insurance coverage
  • Six paid holidays a year
  • Paid vacation
  • Uniforms provided at no cost to you
  • Ongoing paid training and a real path to grow your career

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
