About the RoleCreate a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play. Bring a sense of warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day. Be responsible for the overall supervision of toddlers and support the teaching team in delivering Montessori-based learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support toddlers in a developmental classroom.
- Facilitate child-led exploration within a Montessori framework.
- Maintain a warm, patient, and understanding classroom atmosphere.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or related field).
- Active Special Education Teacher license.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Special Education teaching.
