Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Dealer:

Control and distribute cards/dice to players in designated games in accordance with the applicable controls, regulations, policies, and procedures

Floor Supervisor:

Responsible for pit area, games in progress, personnel, and guest play in assigned section.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

SKILLS:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on the ability to interpret and understand business operation numbers. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two (2) years experience utilizing customer service skills.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience dealing Roulette, Baccarat, all Blackjack and Poker style variants.
• Prior experience dealing Craps preferred.
• Table Games Supervisory experience preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass a live audition with "acceptable" points with knowledge of specific game(s).
• Will be scheduled as Floor Supervisor as needed based on business needs.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
