We are hiring an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support a large-scale enterprise Agile transformation program focused on driving innovation and delivery of cloud-based ERP solutions.
This role involves coaching multiple product teams, facilitating PI/Big Room Planning, enabling Dev Ops practices, and strengthening Agile maturity across the program while aligning with strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across program and team-level coaching, SAFe methodologies, CI/CD, stakeholder engagement, and Agile transformation initiatives, along with relevant certifications (CSM/ACSM/SAFe/PMI-ACP).
