Job Description We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting enterprise service management initiatives through architecture, platform optimization, systems integration, and configuration management best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

• Provide technical consulting and hands‑on expertise related to IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and processes.
• Design and implement scalable architecture solutions that align with business and technology objectives.
• Lead and support system integrations between enterprise platforms and internal systems.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategies, governance, and data integrity processes.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solution approaches.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization within the enterprise environment.
• Provide guidance and best practices for platform configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Support project delivery activities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

• Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, architecture, integrations, and CMDB management.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale technical solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical recommendations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise transformation, platform modernization, or service management initiatives.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks, data governance practices, and configuration management methodologies.
• Experience in consulting or client‑facing technical advisory roles.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

  Onsite, Marysville, Ohio.
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time engagement with an expectation of onsite presence at least four (4) days per week.
• Engagement Type:
  Six‑month contract with potential contract‑to‑hire opportunity.
• Contract Term:
  July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
